Our office is at 5000 Hollywood Blvd, Suite #4, Hollywood, FL 33021. We’re open Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and the entrance is wheelchair accessible.

Do you only see patients from the cities listed?+

No. These are some of the areas we serve. Patients from other South Florida communities are welcome — call (954) 963-4700 to book.

Will you work with my general dentist?+

Yes. We work together as a team with other dentists and specialists, and we can coordinate your periodontal or implant care with your general dentist.

What if I have a dental emergency?+

Call us at (954) 963-4700. We always attempt to make same-day appointments for emergencies and patients in pain whenever possible.
